Store Health & Checkout Monitor

demo.sessions.ca/store-health/

Is every store's catalogue loading, and can customers actually check out?

Why it exists

A store's catalogue can silently stop loading, or its checkout can start failing, and nothing tells you β€” you find out from a support ticket a day later.

What it does

A live status board across the fleet: which stores are pulling their full catalogue, which are stale, and whether checkout is reachable. It's the screen to open first when someone says β€œthe website is broken”, because it tells you whether that's true everywhere or at one store.

How to use it β€” live steps

  1. Go to demo.sessions.ca/store-health/ and sign in if prompted.
  2. Look at the fleet summary first β€” healthy vs stale vs failing.
  3. Open any store that isn't healthy to see what it's reporting.
  4. If it says the catalogue fetch was incomplete, that's usually temporary β€” re-run the refresh before escalating.
  5. If it's still failing after a re-run, send it to Ravi with the store name.

Worth knowing

  • An incomplete catalogue fetch is almost always a transient upstream hiccup, not a real outage. Re-run first, panic second.
